Our services
Residential Treatment (RTC)
Our inpatient program is an average of 90 days, with focus on early sobriety and trauma healing. During this stage, we provide licensed clinical staff and a recovery team with decades of lived experience to guide you through your healing journey. This stage is the first step in building a solid foundation from which healing and strength will grow.
Sober Living
Less than two miles from our residential and outpatient facilities, we offer a sober living house exclusively for Eos residential graduates. While a resident, case management services are offered to support the reintegration into daily life. Sober living gives continued guidance through the Alumni community to increase recovery success rates.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Our outpatient program is offered exclusively to Eos residential graduates for 120 days following RTC. This step can be accompanied by our sober living facility or offsite living arrangements. Our IOP program offers clinical group therapy four days a week, and individual therapy that is tailored to your schedule. Studies show that completing the full continuum of care in early sobriety increase chances of long-term recovery exponentially.
Alumni
Our top priority is creating a lifelong support network within our graduates. We hold weekly Alumni 12-step meetings at our facilities and work diligently to create a sense of belonging and bond between all of our clients. Eos is not just a program; it is a life-changing journey.
Program Requirements & Expectations
Eos Serenity Lodge is a structured, supportive environment designed specifically for adult women (18+) seeking recovery from co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Our program is intentionally female-only, creating a safe, focused space where women can heal, grow, and rebuild their lives with the support of a like-minded community.
We are proud to maintain a non-smoking facility, reflecting our commitment to whole-person wellness and a healthy, substance-free lifestyle.
At Eos, we believe that meaningful recovery requires active participation. Each client is expected to fully engage in all aspects of treatment, including individual therapy, group sessions, house responsibilities, and community involvement. Our program is built on accountability, personal responsibility, and mutual respect.
We ask every woman who enters our doors to come with a willingness to:
Be present and participate in her healing journey
Respect staff, peers, and program structure
Embrace personal growth, even when it feels challenging
Take ownership of her recovery and future
In return, we provide a compassionate, trauma-informed environment where women are supported every step of the way. At Eos Serenity Lodge, recovery is not just about abstinence—it’s about building a foundation for a purposeful, empowered life.
