Founder & Executive Director
Hilary Rowberry, MBAHM
With a master’s degree in business administration emphasizing healthcare management, Hilary combines her professional expertise with a deeply personal mission: to help individuals overcome substance use disorders and find healing and peace in recovery.
Hilary’s passion for this work is rooted in her own journey of recovery and personal experiences. Eos was founded in the memory of her late sister, Amy. Amy’s profound struggle and ultimate loss have shaped Hilary’s mission, inspiring her to build a safe, supportive space where others can find healing from the pain and isolation that addiction and trauma inflict. Eos Serenity Lodge serves not only as a recovery center but also as a tribute to Amy’s life, providing a therapeutic community focused on safety, connection, and personal growth.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Hilary is a devoted wife to her husband, Jeff, and the proud mother of two wonderful boys. She also embraces her role as a dog mom to three lovable pups, who add extra joy and energy to her life. Hilary’s warmth and determination fuel her mission to create a lasting legacy of transformation and serenity for those she serves.
